Full service home inspections!
Our inspections start the same way the house is built, from the ground up. We start by giving you a full picture of the exterior and grounds of your new home to insure that any outside elements will not enter your home.
We then proceed to the most important, and often dreaded area of your home, THE BASEMENT! This is where all the magic happens! We start with the heating system, move on to plumbing, then to the electrical system and finally the structual system. By the time we leave the basement, we have a great idea of the quality of the construction and if there are any major mechanical issues.
From there we move on to the body of the house. Here we test all of the outlets, windows, light switches, faucets, drains, fireplaces, etc.
Once we have done the body of the house, we move up to the attic. For some home buyers, this will be the first and last time that they enter the attic. This is an important area for the inspection. It gives us a look at the structure, insulation and ventilation.
