Components
The purpose of an inspection is to provide a report that discloses the physical conditions of the property’s systems and components (including garage) which are readily accessible and observable at the time of the inspection, including those which are potential safety hazards.
Each home inspection includes a review of:
Systems
- Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical
Structural Components:
- (including but not limited to) Foundation, Roof, Supports, Chimney, etc.
Exterior Components:
- (including but not limited to) Garage, Masonry, Trim, Gutters, Driveways, Walkways, Decks & Landscape Grading
Interior Components:
- (including but not limited to) Kitchen & Bath Fixtures, Ceilings, Flooring, Doors, Stairways
Water Penetration (past & present)
Please note that an inspection carried out under these standards is not and should not be construed as a comprehensive architectural and/ or engineering study of the dwelling.
