Cancellation Policy: Confirmed appointments may be canceled or rescheduled to a later date by the Client without penalty if notice is given in writing or via phone more than 48 hours prior to the appointment’s start time. If the Client cancels or reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment start time, a fee of $250 will be applied.
