A Seller Inspection is the best way to prepare your home and yourself for the upcoming sales process. Done prior to listing your home, this inspection identifies issues that a future buyer’s inspector is likely to find and offers preparation tips based on these findings.

Walsh Home Inspections offers Sellers two different inspection options, both of which include a full physical inspection of the property.

Option 1) A Seller seeking photos of the home and full documentation may elect to book a full inspection (which is the same as a buyer inspection). Sample Report
